Caring

My friend Alex and I recently prayed for about 160 people whom he loaned a bit of money to through a microfinance business thingy. After an hour, I was exhausted. I didn’t really want to pray for any more people, they became really similar as I went through more and more people. And even if I did spend a lot of time praying for them, it would have taken forever. And that’s only like 100 people or so.

How much time and energy would it take to care for the whole world? Do I really care that much for the people around the world? God does. How vast and wide is His love… It is something crazy to think about.
